- Changed REMOTE_ROOT from `/data/update-server/otelcol-contrib`
to `/data/update-server/otel/OpenTelemetry/`
- Applied consistently across prep, sync, and cleanup jobs
- Ensures artifacts are stored under new standardized directory structure
