- Enabled VXLAN over L3 via WireGuard tunnel;
- Standardized Ansible role structure for `vpn-overlay`;
- Integrated systemd service management via `vxlan-setup.service`;
- Configured per-site VXLAN overlay in `config/sit/vpn-overlay.yaml`;
